I ordered a case some time ago, and I forgot to put in my whole address, so the case got stuck with the courier until I realised this was the problem. I immediately contacted customer support, who had me confirm my address 2 more times (and honestly, they were legends in doing so, because my autocorrect had changed the whole name of the street as I was rushing to send the email back). They sent me a replacement case with no extra charge, and it arrived super quickly. The quality is INSANE, but the customer service I got was absolutely fantastic. Its wonderful. The material is man enough for the job. The graphic is beautiful. The personalisation is ok-ish but overall I'm very happy with my new case.
