What is The Good Case made from?
The smartphone cases are made from PLA, PBAT and bamboo flakes.
In order to start the biodegrading process, temperatures of 60 degrees celsius are needed during a period of 6 months. This is why The Good Case is biodegradable in an industrial environment. Do not throw away the case in your backyard or forrest. These biodegradable materials are good for our future. As they can replace the traditional plastics and are less toxic for our planet. One downside is that our waste management systems are not yet ready to deal with these new biodegradable materials. Since the popularity of these new materials are growing rapidly this will change in the near future. At this moment it is best to hold on to the case until the waste management systems are able to work with these amazing materials.
