A smartphone case costs 13,95$, a tablet case 15,70$ or 17,45$ and a flip case 17,45$.
In our tool you can choose to make a ‘collage’ and select how many photos you want on your case. You can choose between 1,2,3,4,6 or 10 photos.
When your order is finished, it is not possible to use your discount code for that order. Your code will stay valid and you can use it for your next order.
When you have chosen a bank transfer and haven’t yet paid, it is no problem to cancel your order. When you have already paid, please contact us right away. We can only cancel your order when it’s not in production yet.
Do you want a case for the same device but a different color or material? No problem as long as the case is not in production yet. Please contact us right away.
However you can’t change the model of the case.

RETURN AND SERVICE
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and take a picture of the defect. Please contact us right away and we will search for a solution.
Because our cases are fully personalised, it is not possible to return your order.
When you think there went something wrong with your order, you can send an email to email@example.com and we will search a solution.
At the bottom of each letter there is an unsubscribe link. If it doesn’t work please send a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
You can choose for Bancontact/Mister Cash, Belfius Direct Net, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and a bank transfer
Note: when your choose for a bank transfer, your case will be made when we receive your payment. This can take 3 to 4 workdays.
After we have received your payment, we will ship your order. So you have to pay in advance.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Place your order with the express delivery before 5pm and you will receive it faster. The cost and delivery day depends on where you live. You can see this extra information in your cart. If your order after 5pm, your order will arrive a day later.
If you choose for a free delivery, it can take longer. Please check the business days at the end of your order because it depends on where you live.

After your order is finished, you will receive an email from GLS with your Track k& Trace code so you can follow your order. Haven’t you received an email? Please check your spam.
When you choose for free delivery you can’t track your order.
